Privacy, in plain words

Windy Calendar is part of your Windy account, so Windy’s Privacy Policy applies and is the document that counts. This page explains what the calendar itself keeps.

What we keep

What we don’t do

No ads, and we don’t sell or rent anyone’s data.
No tracking pixels in emails. Booking emails come from your own address and say who they’re from.
The people who book you never need an account.
Page views are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.

Who helps us run it

Cloudflare hosts the calendar and its database, and checks the booking form for bots. Resend delivers booking emails. Both act on our instructions under contract. Eternitas checks agent passports.

How long, and how to delete

Your calendar and bookings are kept while your Windy account is open.
The record of what each agent did is kept for up to 12 months.
A Settings sign-in lasts at most 12 hours.
To have your calendar, or your details as someone who booked, deleted, write to privacy@windyword.ai. Closing your Windy account will also erase your calendar after Windy’s 30-day undo window; we’re switching that connection on now.
